Back when Apple was still using Aqua for their user interface, the Rebuild of Evangelion series was just coming out in America. I was very into customizing the Mac OS user experience, so I made an iconset inspired by the new film series.

Icons
These icons were illustrated in Photoshop and Illustrator. I tried to match the system icons with something relevant from the movie, for example the SDAT player with iTunes. When there wasn't a good analogue, I took a bit of creative freedom, such as the counterfeit ID card with an X-Acto knife for Photoshop, or the photo of Misato with Kensuke's lens for Preview.
